United StatesThis hotel is beautiful and the room and bathroom were spacious and very well decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although breakfast was not served in the main dining area, a coffee maker was present, yoghurt, fruit and other items so we had plenty to power us on our bike trip for the morning.

Nothing to do as the hotel was situated in the middle of a built up area in a suburb of the city. Hotel itself is clean and presentable but expensive for the location. Menu in the restaurant had poor choices. W
As we were there for two nights which was far too long, we ate in a local restaurant, old Church, about 4 minutes walk away and had excellent food, good cheap wind and wonderful service.

I book the room with booking com, I told them by email that I’ll come late , they told me it’s not possible, so I told them that I’ll come at 2 pm to make check in, I came and they told me that the hotel is full! After my booking- I got ok from you! Got confirmation!!!!
It’s never happened to me in the past! I think they sold my room to another person! At that day all the area was full and expensive!
I’m very very very disappointed! I slept in the end in bad hotel and pay a lot money for nothing!

Super hotel. We really liked it, very clean and modern and spacious rooms, traditional (and very good) restaurant and modern breakfastroom. It is a very nice hotel to stay, very friendly staff and for us the perfect hotel for on the way. They were also very sweet for our 1 year old twin daughters, they made up the beds upfront for them. Perfect stay. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing

We like very much staying in this hotel if we travel to Frankfurt for exhibitions. We get nice accommodation and very nice dinners. We prefer staying here rather than go to expensive hotels in Frankfurt city center where we have had bad experience.
