United StatesWe were blown away by the property! There was so much to see and do inside the complex! The price was good for us with all that we did in our one night stay and 2 full days in their facility. We have never been somewhere that this 2 day one night is that affordable specially in the states! Also so very relaxing and kids had a blast! The slides were fun and the kids played for hours in both indoor pools and the 2 slide sections! It will be a memberable experience and place for all family members!

I spent there 4 days and it was the worst experience ever!
I spent there 4 days and it was the worst experience ever! The food was bad and overpriced all over the place, but you are kind of stuck there... First night the whole family of 4 got food poisoning from one of the restaurants there. Those who managed to throw up were lucky, cause the rest was feeling sick till the end of our stay ;/ There was a poop floating in children pool. In the big pool something touched my leg - surprise! surprise! a DIAPER! Our room was not cleaned during these 4 days, we had to put the trash outside the door to be picked up. There was always a queue to service desk, so we didn't even manage to report it.

Tropical Islands means to me to stay in nice warm weather - 24.2C is not sufficient and it was really cold when step up from 32degrees pool.
Many places were closed without any warning upon arrival. Big slides were under reconstruction, ok, article on web site, but no price compensation, minigolf-closed, BoraBora lounge - closed, half of kid's playground - closed. Smell from slide construction was touchable in half of hangar.
I need to mention 1.5h gueue before we could enter the Islands. Any ideas for improvement to speed up the process? I was terribly dissapointed and once you pay entrance and night, you stay, because of kids but I guess it is not what succesfull managemant wants.

The facilities are phenomenal. I have never experienced a water park like it. The scale is something to behold and you won’t be disappointed when you visit. It’s worth the hour long train journey from the centre of Berlin. The fob payment system works well. Perhaps a bit more guidance on lockers. Overall - amazing water park for kids and families.

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about Tropical Islands. From the warm welcome at check in to all the facilities, food, accomodation and staff. Everything was super.

Very nice big room. Very good breakfast. Calm and tidy are. Just 15 minutes from Tropical Islands. No problem with check in in the middle of the night.
