Breakfast & Service were great! Classic good German service. The Wintergarden was just like we hoped it would be: down to earth, welcoming and with a nice drink selection.

This was one of the best places we stayed on our month-long trip biking through Europe. It's a great facility with beautifully done rooms. The staff was fine, not especially welcoming or interactive, but very professional. The quiet and nice rooms were exactly what we needed for a good rest. I would definitely come back.

The staff was extremely helpful in providing gluten free and lactose free breakfast options. The location is fantastic with view over the Rhine. The room was small but the balcony was very much appreciated. A nice place/location to relax. This hotel is on my top list to come back next year.

Quiet town outside of the loudness of the big cities ... this place is like an oasis of calm. Big size rooms, looks like recently renovated, minimalist design. Restaurant and bar have fair prices. Keep in mind that the hotel is in the hill (like in the middle of nowhere ... it is someting I liked but that is subjective).

Hotel is located on a hillside in a lovely German small town in the Black Forest region. I loved the family atmosphere. Room was large. Very nice pool. Breakfast was included.

Of all the places we stayed Europe and there were many, this hotel by far had the best breakfast, great variety, and great dining room. Although there was no staff on site when we arrived, our key card was waiting for us on desk, and room was very nice. During the booking process staff was also able to accomodate a medical issue in advance that prevented the climbing of stairs by providing us with a first floor room.

Completely new hotel so it’s super clean! Arrived late because of a late booking but that was no problem, staff was super friendly and helping. Private parking under the building is great! Especially since I travel with a youngtimer convertible (so no worries that stuff would get stolen). Rooms have comfortable beds and I slept great! The rooms have kitchen and refrigerator which is a plus if you’re staying more than one night.
