The staff was exceptionally friendly and my requests via the app were answered quickly and to the full extent. I liked my room. It was quite small but cozy. The whole building is very clean and my room was no exception. The twin bed was OK but is not suitable for tall or big people.

It was close to the trolley that goes to Bad Durkhiem. Restaurants are near by. The room was spacious and comfortable. It is an older hotel without aircondtioning and it would be nice if a fan and tea pot was available .

The staff of the family-owned hotel was super friendly, the room was very clean. Towels and shampoo were provided. I stayed in the cheapest single room with a shared toilet. There are two bathrooms on each floor that are shared among 4 single rooms. The one time where the toilets were occupied on my floor, I was able to use the one on the other floor.

The location was perfect for commutes to local attractions. Local shopping and eateries were also in decent distance to the loaction.

The staff was nice and patient. There was a little bit of a language barrier,especially at breakfast, but we were able to work through it. The room was cozy and comfortable with a nice view of the courtyard and small koi pond.

The room is very clean and has everything you need: bed, table, chair, fan, heater, etc. They also give you a free bottle of water. You also have your own private bathroom. Living condition is pretty good for the price.

This was a great weekend off-season value. It is a more modern hotel. Extremely comfortable and well-appointed. No real restaurant for dinner. Great bar. Exceptional staff and service.
