Place was clean and towels were refreshed frequently. Staff stopped my twice to check on my stay and let me know to ask if I needed anything. Even though there is a restaurant downtairs, noise was minimal and ended early enough to sleep.

Very nice location, great breakfast, extremely nice staff, wonderful hotel room, which had ac, so it made the stay in the brutal heat enjoyable. There also is a very nice garden with a lot of shaded area, which was nice to use.

Very friendly staff. We booked the family suite for 2 adults and 2 children. It was the perfect size for us all, beds were comfortable, big nice bathroom. Very clean. Closely located near Ramstein Air Base. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean, well maintained, not flashy, great location, good breakfast; attentive, responsive staff. Had air conditioning, but you had to pay 5 euro for the remote that operated the air conditioner. Air conditioner worked great. Worth every penny! :)
