We came for a baseball game. The stadium was located just down the road. We walked from the Hotel to the stadium on the river walk. The Hotel met all our needs. It is quiet and off the main road. Great place for a short overnight stay. The breakfast was great. Everything you would expect. Check in was simple, with the key system they use. They make it clear how to access. Check out was just as easy.

We spent 5 nights at the Walhalla Hotel Regensburg Hoeferer. The beautifully maintained building has all the amenities one can expect from a high-quality hotel. The large garden is well-kept, the interior is designed with taste, the modern furnishings and appliances are of high quality. Everything is very clean and well cared for. The family is very nice; they made us feel at home. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The location, in a suburb of Regensburg, is perfect for a longer stay to explore eastern Bavaria. In sum, everything was perfect, we would love to go back!

Good quiet town. Great walking places near Dunau. In the summer you can go for swiming at the river beaches. No night life, but near Regensburg, restaurants opens after 5pm. Good supermarkets. Good hotels at fair prices.

The hotel was located in a nice little village, but close to the main road. The room was wonderfully spacious, as was the bathroom. We ate lovely German food in the hotel restaurant. The breakfast at the hotel was great. The staff were really friendly.

THE STAFF WERE SUPER, HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM, AND WHAT A TEAM, HE (MARCUS) IS AN EXCELLENT CHEF AND HIS WIFE IS FRONT OF HOUSE, WITH A SMILE AND GOOD WORD FOR EVERYONE, EXCELLENT SPOKEN ENGLISH. VERY TRADITIONAL GERMAN HOTEL. STAYED TWO NIGHT.
