I thing there really wasn't much that we didn't like there. The hillside location with fog rising from the valley in the evening, the animals - cats, ponies, deers in the garden, the recently renovated rooms, decent breakfast. Kids quickly fell in love with the place and demanded a return visit.

Spacious rooms. Very clean. Staff was uniformly welcoming and accommodating. It was quiet and somewhat remote. Charming Bavarian architecture with lovely interior woodwork.

This is a very European style inn and restaurant. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was typical for Europe, with a variety of deli meats, cheeses, rolls, and eggs cooked to order. Juice and coffee too.
