The decor is lovely, airey, and clean. The food at Baia Lounge (not sure of spelling) was wonderful and the experience was magical. The food & beverage throughout is great.

United StatesI got very sick and missed 2 flights , the staff really helped accommodate me for a longer stay Yeison was great , he would come and check on me to make sure I was getting better. He really went above and beyond and treated me not like a customer but a friend or family. When I return I will only stay here
