The peacock garden is such a unique experience. We loved the different areas to eat meals - breakfast in a cozy cottage building overlooking the peacock garden, and lunch and dinner in a different beautiful building overlooking the garden. The staff went above and beyond to assist us when our luggage was delayed. Each night we returned to our room to find turndown service and a fire crackling in the hearth. We stayed at 4 different accommodations during the course of our 10-day tour of Ecuador and Galapagos and this was hands down our favorite. If we find ourselves in Ecuador again in the future, we would go out of our way to stay here again.

Hotel Ajavi is located in Ibarra, only a 7-minute walk from La Plaza shopping center and a 10-minute walk from the city's financial area. Parque Centrica Boulevard is a 5-minute walk.
