It was like staying in a park. Beautiful grounds, well appointed, detached room. Much better than expected. 10 min to the airport and less than 1/2 the cost of the big chains. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect for an overnight between the airport and exploring Ecuador. The host was very, very kind and helpful. He picked us up from the airport for a small fee and took excellent care of us during our stay.

We stay here to break up the trip from Toronto to Cuenca.

We stay here to break up the trip from Toronto to Cuenca. There isn't enough time between the arrival of our international flight to the departure of our domestic flight to make the connection, so we check in have a great breakfast and sleep in luxurious, comfortable beds before leaving the next morning for our final destination. Everything about the Wyndham is wonderful ... staff, food, service ... all exceptional. We highly recommend this property.

The hosts were exceedingly helpful. Fernando picked me up from the airport (about 10km from the hotel) and brought me back there as needed. I had an extra day, and not having a car, Fernando and his wife took me all the way into downtown Quito to visit a museum and to get a feel for the city. They picked me up again exactly at the set time. They also ordered pizza for me because there are not many restaurants nearby. Fernando and his wife really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. They have a number of houses German style, a swimming pool, and a lovely winter-garden like breakfast room with a lovely view of their beautiful garden. Breakfast was excellent and just the right amount!

This is your place if you're looking for affordable, close...

This is your place if you're looking for affordable, close and easy access to the airport. I'm not aware of any particular activities in the immediate area. It's far from the city centre. We were being picked up to head out of town the next morning, so can't comment on the hotel's proximity to any activities or sightseeing. The taxi was only $10.00 and the drive was only about 15 minutes.

When arriving at the Quito Airport, there are only about 3 or 4 selections to stay at. The others are expensive, but this hotel is around $25-ishh a night, includes a small breakfast. Also, it includes one free airport ride. If you need a second ride to airport it is 4 minutes and $7 When you arrive in Quito Airport, you need to adjust to the altitude. The airport area hotels, especially if you arrive late at night, are a good way to start your trip and their altitude is a little below Quito city, so it is a preferred way to acclimate.

Neighbourhood close to the airport.

Neighbourhood close to the airport. Good for relaxing for a day after or before a long flight. It is close to the green canyon, which is nice for a walk. Many restaurants catering to tourist are there.

We made this our home base hotel for our trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos. It is close to the airport (10 minutes and $10 for a taxi). It is located in small village surrounded by farm land and has a nice garden and outdoor pool. We stayed here three times and were able to store some of our luggage here. The breakfast was good, the staff helpful and it was nice to come back to a familiar location. We also had a couple of good meals here which was convenient when we didn't want to walk 10 minutes to the village.

Very modern hotel with excellent helpful staff to greet us - even at the airport with their shuttle service which was much appreciated as we arrived very late and only had a chance for 3/4 hours sleep before another shuttle back to the airport terminal for an early flight to Galapagos. Wish we’d added another day to stay at the hotel and see a bit of Quito.

We are independent travellers in our 60s. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and that it offers airport pick-up. The room was very comfortable and the en-suite bathroom provided a hot water shower. The breakfast was varied and very good. Less that 50m away is a small restaurant/cafe offering an adequate dining facility.
