Quite, clean and very nice people smile faces all over the day, helpful. I enjoyed my stay. They are very polite and friendly. Especially the people which I deal with: Doaa, Ala’a, Maryam, Mr Mahmoud, Yousif, Mohammed, Abulrahman, Mohammed and all people I met and deal with. The rooms were elegantly appointed, providing a comfortable and serene haven after a long day of shopping and exploring. The hotel's facilities, such as the fitness center and spa, offered a perfect opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate.

Very friendly staff and attentive as well, they would stop by every night to bring us water and check in on how we were doing when we were in the room. Hotel Manager was very friendly and communicative and easy to reach with any concerns.

Room was very clean, location was perfect, facilities were very good. The room has a Smart TV and good AC, everything we asked for was done perfectly and on time. Habiba was very welcoming and this is definitely not my last time.

A luxurious and modern hotel. All the staff are friendly and helpful, reception, room service, house keeping and laundry. The room is spacious, the bed and pillows are comfortable and smoothly . at chick I found welcoming hospitality a plate of fruits and Egyptian sweets. The room arrangement is modern and has distinctive colors. The breakfast was varied and delicious. It's ideal for business travelers and families. The swimming pool is wonderful. Property is huge. Even though they were undergoing renovations. we still had access to all the amenities and had an excellent stay

Everything was great, from the sympathy of the assistant manager who checked us in, to the food we had at the sports bar, and to the option of having a late checkout since our flight was departing quite late. 5* all around.

The hotel is new and modern, the stuff are excellent and very helpful, the area is close to several malls and nice places and very close to the airport, also the price is very good
