The staff were incredible. Family run, great atmosphere. Probably the most relaxing place I have ever stayed. Calming music while having dinner overlooking the Nile.

We had a wonderful stay at Noprea Boutique Hotel in Aswan. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Tamer, whose hospitality truly made us feel at home. The entire staff was always attentive and friendly, making our stay comfortable and easy. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The highlight, without a doubt, was the incredible view of the Nile River—a breathtaking sight to wake up to every day. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aswan.

The unique Nubian architecture made our stay special, and we thoroughly enjoyed feeling immersed in this Egyptian culture. All of the amenities were perfect as well, with hot water, AC, and wifi working perfectly. We were also served with a delicious Egyptian breakfast in the morning.

I really could have peaceful and quiet time to rest and enjoy. The location is accessible through a boat service the hotel provides 24/7. Top-notch staff, the food was amazing, and every corner and detail was awesome.

I had an amazing experience on the Prince Abbas , Lake Nasser Cruise, which I took from Aswan to Abu Simbel. This cruise is operated by Mövenpick, and everything about the experience was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, and I was pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade, which made the trip even more special. The service was excellent, the staff were extremely professional and friendly, and the food was outstanding throughout the entire cruise. I would like to sincerely thank all the crew members for their effort and hospitality. A special thanks to Abdullah, the Front Office Manager, for his professionalism and kindness, and Mr. Nasr Hashem, the Ship Manager, for running such a high-quality and well-organized cruise. Lake Nasser is truly one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, and I strongly believe it is a destination everyone should visit at least once. The Prince Abbas , Lake Nasser cruises is among the most beautiful cruises in the world, and I highly recommend this experience to everyone. I will definitely come back again, and I highly recommend it to all travelers.

Our stay at Dolly Kato was nothing short of magical. Nestled at the heart of a Nubian village, this property offers a genuine cultural immersion that is truly unforgettable. The room's decoration was charming and reflective of the local culture, while the balcony provided breathtaking views of Aswan and the Nile. Watching the serene beauty of the Nile from our balcony was an experience we will cherish forever. The staff at Dolly Kato went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Their hospitality was unmatched, and they were always ready to assist us. When we needed to leave early for a trip to Abu Simbel, they thoughtfully prepared a breakfast box for us. The range of activities they offer, such as the boat ride and the drive to Abu Simbel, were not only reasonably priced but also of high quality. One of the highlights of our stay was the Nubian party with live music hosted by the property. The lively atmosphere and the enchanting music made the evening an unforgettable experience.

I booked this hotel with my family My reservation is mountain view but the manager Mr Aladdin make for us a free upgrade to front nile view The view from this room is fantastic This hotel is very clean & quiet place Im watched the sun rise from my balcony its amazing The manager is very kind & helpful I visited Abou Simple early morning & take it a breakfast pox from the hotel and the staff take us with hes boat to anther side to take the mini bus ( all thing is clear ) The last day make kaiak ( small boat ) in the nile is very funny Thanks a lot Ali Alaa from KSA

Never expect the experience at Opal is so good. The welcoming drink: my favorite and local specialty—Karkadé, and then the Tagen Lahma served as dinner dish was also remarkably delicious. I have tried the other dishes like grilled chicken and fish fresh from the Nile which were also good. Hytham, Nasser and other staff helped me a lot along my 3 nights’ stay here, with notably hiring a local taxi driver, which saved me a lot of time. When there was a small construction on going, they changed my room to a quieter level. Hytham and Nasser’s English is good, no need to worry about the communication.

Had some of the most special days of my life staying at Onaty Ka. The Nubian culture is amazing and the guest house allowed me to be close to all the things I wanted to experience. If you want to get into town, it was easy to order a car on indrive. You can swim in the Nile directly underneath the rooms! The staff were absolutely sweet, kind and funny and made me feel very safe and welcome as a woman travelling alone (and the only guest at the hotel at the time due to low season). If you want to have a calm and special time in Aswan, this is the place. The food at the restaurant was amazing and I can’t wait to come back!!!!

Our stay at Nala Narty was nothing short of exceptional and truly became the highlight of our trip to Egypt. We originally arrived in Aswan planning to board a Nile cruise, which was unexpectedly canceled the night we arrived. What could have been a major setback turned into a blessing in disguise, thanks to Sherif, the incredible host and owner of Nala Narty. Sherif went above and beyond to help us completely replan our trip—from arranging activities to sharing local insights—and ensured that our experience in Aswan was not only salvaged, but far exceeded our expectations. We ended up doing all our sightseeing and excursions with Nala Narty as our base, and we’re so grateful we did. The property itself is stunning—peaceful, beautifully designed, and deeply connected with nature. It provided the perfect calm and relaxing atmosphere we needed. The home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious, and the care and hospitality we received made us feel completely at home. What started as a disruption to our plans turned into one of the most memorable parts of our entire journey. We left Aswan feeling rested, inspired, and incredibly grateful. We can’t recommend Nala Narty—and Sherif—enough.

Wessy and his family are super kind and welcoming. They really make sure that you feel at home and comfortable. They were always asking if we needed anything or if they can help. The accomodation was super pretty, lots of colours and you can see camels from their terrace:)

The hotel is a bit far from the village but it’s definitely worth it. It was one of the most special hotels that I have stayed. Dessert+nild view was spectecular.

The location is near the Nubian Museum, and we can have a great view of the city and the Nile River. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially, we would like to thank the manager, Mariam and the receptionist, Carlos. They made their best efforts to provide excellent service for the guests, and we really appreciate their great service. The breakfast in the executive club is limited but good enough. They also provided a breakfast box when we left early morning. The hotel provided a free sunset boat trip. It's a big boat with an air conditioner. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the Nile River. The drlink is not free, but reasonable price.

Beautiful hotel in Aswan, clean modern rooms, walking distance to center and market, top of hill with nice view over Nile and sunset. Breakfast very good.
