This was a stay that exceeded our expectations. Plenty of parking. Garden. Restaurant and cafeteria. All in an old convent restored and modernized with respect for the building's history, structure and arcitectural design. Astonishing! The room was to the garden side. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Dining was by attentive waiters and the meals of the memorable! Breakfast was the best we have had in Spain in years. Plenty and in very good quality. We would have loved a couple of days more in this shrine 👌

Great value ... Don't let the title "hostel" fool you. This is super comfortable, clean, great hosts with a small bar and restaurant. If you need a stop over close to the ferry at Santander, I don't think La Llave can be beat. Plus an excellent 5/6 km walk from the hotel if you have the time.

The hotel is in the perfect place to explore Aguilar de Campoo and the surrounding area. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and it was really good value for the peak holiday time we were there. The Wi-Fi was also excellent.
