Very comfortable hotel room, quiet and ideal for a transit stay on the way north to home. Everything was great.

Everything, glorious classic "old school" Spanish hotel in the heart of the city (10-15min walk from Plaza Mayor), beautifully finished with marble, brass, glazing, chandeliers, reception looks like it should be on the Titanic! Rooms and corridor floors all hardwood parquet (impossible not to squeak when walking), impressive bar, astonishing breakfast choice, A/C, free WiFi that worked well. Secure underground carpark with lift access to all floors. Good value for it's location, will definitely come again when in Salamanca, stayed one night in June, wish it had been longer.

The location is close to main historical attractions and can be easily reached by car. This hotel has private secure parking. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast room was very clean and well maintained. It even had a "chess corner" for people who like playing chess. The quality of the breakfast was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean! Good location The receptionist learning that we would miss breakfast because we needed to head for the Camino by 7am , offered to prepare our brekkie by 6am - picnic style 🩷 Best service. !

The staff friendliness is exceptional. We forgot an item in the rooms, and after coming back to the hotel, the hostess at the reception was very helpful in finding the item for us! The stay was wonderful and definitely recommend.

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. In my opinion it looks better in person than the pictures (usually it's the other way around). We got a nicely maintained room with an all-marble bathroom and a spectacular view of the cathedral right from the window. The hotel appears to be built beside and over a ruin of an old church, which is cool in itself, and looks like it's used as the restaurant terrace when the weather is warmer. It's a 5-10 min walk from here to all of Salamanca's attractions. There's an elevator here, which is good for luggage. Staff are accommodating.

Everything was clean and very comfy. So quiet and nice to have a great relax. Very close to Burgos downtown. Everything very accessible. I did enjoy it since I arrived to the reception. Nice staff.

Awesome breakfast. I defy any 5 star hotel to do better. Amazing choice of fresh fruits, cereals, breads, meats etc...No need for lunch after that magnificent spread

I like a the rooms distribution

It's well positioned just off the main road. We were very impressed with the size of the room, with a very large Smart TV. The beds are SO comfortable we didn't want to leave!! Nice big shower. All spotless. We had a meal in the main restaurant which is expensive but the quality of the food we had was excellent. We only had a drink and a main course each which came to €85. There is a tapas bar in the front which is very popular and was packed on Friday night. Highly recommended

One of the must stunning hotels I've ever been!! Location, place, services, breakfast, cleanliness, staff... wooooow!
