We were greeted with a friendly face, and when the receptionist realized that Spanish was our second language, she spoke slowly and clearly We appreciated that. She also helped us store our bikes as we stopped in Arcos on a bike tour. And the rooftop terrace is a great place to enjoy a beer with a great view. Every worker there was very friendly!

The view from the balcony was exceptional! The location in relation to all the places we wanted to visit was awesome! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The manager Miguel was super accommodating, helpful and kind. The underground pure parking was a great benefit because there is no parking Arcos.

Location was fantastic. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and were happy to let us store our bikes in a secure space. We loved bejng in such a cool historic building that was decorated to match the Moorish history of Andalucia. Highly recommend.

Everything was lovely and the staff made the whole experience delightful. The room was perfect, the views stunning and the breakfast delicious.

Because we had a car, and wanted to tour the cities around us, the location was good, plenty of parking, and we could get in and out of the city easily, but it was far from the center of town.

It is clean, there is plenty of space to park and the rooms are comfortable. They have two small lovely dogs and my son was playing with them.

What a beautiful place! The rooms were very nice and spacious. We were there in the off season, so it was very quiet around the property. I can imagine it is very busy in the summer. I would have loved to swim in the beautiful swimming pool. The host/owner was very nice. He lives on the property connected to the apartments.

We took 2 rooms. They were both very clean and the shower hot water and water pressure were very nice features of the rooms. However, while the heater in 1 room worked, it did not in the other room. More importantly, the comfort, overall facilities, and quality of our stay was considerably impacted by the fact we could not sleep as some hotel guests checked in very late creating loud noises and to top things off one guest seemingly had a dog in the hotel who kept yelping most of the night. This also made us wonder wha nature of guests were staying at the property.
