Great location in the “casco viejo”, on the “plaza del Castillo” and its famous cafes. Close by the “Calle de la Estafeta “, the Cathedral, the “Iglesia de San Saturnino “ (a must go). You can also go by foot to the department store the “Corte Ingles” . Great interior decoration For info : Hemingway stayed at the hotel and used to go to the “Café Iruña” where you can find the Hemingway corner. Great staff, wonderful service The valet parking : The hotel private parking space inside the public car park under the “plaza del Castillo”.

The proprietor was extremely caring and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied. We arrived hungry and he walked us across the street to make sure the restaurant served us before the kitchen closed. Such warmth is uncommon.

The location is great - in front of you is the Citadel, behind you is the Old Town, a pedestrian area with lots of streets (including the famous Estafeta), restaurants, bars, coffee shops, parks, fortresses, churches and the Cathedral. The underground parking is 2 min walk away. The staff is wonderful - Mirabelle and Jillbanya impressed us through their helpfulness, positivity and hard work. The hotel restaurant is great, with excellent food at very good prices. Breakfast is reasonably priced (€13), but what was innovative and we loved is that you can pick from the breakfast buffet and pay per piece, if you don’t think you’ll eat for €13 (I usually eat for about €6 at breakfast and the restaurant allowed me to do that, which meant I ate there every morning rather than go to a coffee shop)

We were there to visit a school, Burlada is only 7 minutes...

We were there to visit a school, Burlada is only 7 minutes away from Pamplona witht the bus. the bus (number 4) goes every 5 minutes until 22.30, after that they still go, but less frequent. Pamplona had a gorgeous , old city centre. They are famous for the San fermin festival (the bulls run) but that is in July. Burlada had a really tiny centre, you won't find any tourists, shops and bakeries are all local, including the prices! The bus is only €1,50 so save money on a hotel, enjoy the local life in Burlada (eat at Bagoa) and then enjoy Pamplona!

Took a while to find because there are two Calle Mayors in Pamplona. The one that takes you to the police station isn't it. Once at the right one, the reception was lovely, very efficient and pleasant. Parking was directly opposite, very reasonable and even though I hadn't booked there was no issue. The cafeteria attached to the hotel was reasonable and food hot.

Location nice and central, excellent parking facilities in a private garage right across the road from hotel. Bar staff brilliant, ability to sit outside having drinks with table service. Breakfast was simple but just what we needed. Would happily stay again.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms are simple but clean. The hotel is a 15-20 min bus ride from Pamplona city center which made it a perfect place to stay during San Fermin.
