Everything! Especially the wonderful owners, Candela and JuanJo. Anyone who is looking for a place to stay that is out in the country (getting there does require driving on narrow roads) should stay at this place. This is one of our all-time favorite places to stay. Breakfasts (included) are excellent and generous, with very good café con leche. Dinner ("la cena," optional and served by reservation at a reasonable price) is even better. If you are a hiker or nature lover, the Geoparque Villuercas Ibores Jara is stunningly beautiful.

Property was very historic and beautiful. The location could not be any better. The restaurant was also excellent. Be sure to get the room you paid for as our first room was not as expected. They graciously moved us to a superior room with balcony and a view. We visited in January which is low season and there were no crowds.
