Beautiful property. Exceptional views. Alejandro was an excellent host and full of local knowledge and suggestions. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a number of homemade and local items. There is some, but not unlimited, off-street parking. Playa Espasa, good for swimming, was accessible via a 30-ish minute walk.

Staff very friendly and accomodating. This is a beautifully furnished house with 100 year old furniture. Garden with patio furniture. Everything looks like newly renovated

What a gem of a place! This is what a dream old-world bed-and-breakfast place looks like. We stayed three nights, and were very sad to leave.

The owner is the most helpful person I have met in Spain. I arrived with an injury and she gave me extra pillows and even delivered my backpack to Villaviciosa the next day. She gave great advice about restaurants and what to expect on the next day’s Camino Del Norte.

Fantastic location close to unspoilt beach’s and wonderful Mountain View’s

The views are absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the Asturian mountains feels unreal. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, and beautifully maintained, and the bedding is truly high-end (excellent mattress and pillows, great linens) — I slept incredibly well. Service is on another level: both the staff and the management are outstanding, genuinely warm, and always ready to help with anything, quickly and proactively. The food was also a highlight — consistently delicious and well prepared. Nothing to criticize. I would come back in a heartbeat.

The property is beautiful, well decorated and immaculately clean. It is quiet and yet a few minutes drive into town. The owner, Eduardo, was very helpful and provided us with ideas for our daily outings.

The host Alejandra was amazing. She looks to make everything comfortable and is such a nice person. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and in lovely room. The balcony was large and with great views.
