Honestly the receptionists both evening and night shift are just amazing very helpful also the cleaning staff they definitely do their job really good . One of the three rooms we booked had 2 babies and a sick person and that was a mess of clinix and diapers . The mattress is unbelievably good compared to 5 stars hotels I stayed in . Also cafeteria is open 24/7 and they will make you a pizza sandwiches coffee anything in the menu at any time

Great central location in the lovely town of Navalcarnero. The owner, the lovely young lady at the front desk and all of the kitchen (restuarant) staff were friendly, pleasant, accommodating, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and worth the price. The hotel parking lot was nearby and relatively inexpensive. All in all, a very nice hotel with great staff!

The location was perfect as close to where my friend stays. There were a few places to eat nearby and a supermarket a few minutes walk away. The apartment is lovely - it was comfortable particularly the bed. It was fully equipped, beautifully decorated with a lot of personal touches and very clean. The owner Eli was extremely helpful and her communication was excellent. She was so accommodating and flexible as my plans were changeable.
