The location and facilities are excellent- and the people working there are amazing! Especially the girl at the reception- I believe her name is Maria - went above and beyond to help me not only with restaurant recommendations, but even making an appointment at a local dentist for me. Great location but very noisy. I read that in the reviews but didn’t understand quite how loud it actually was. You can hear through the walls and the shutters don’t provide any noise reduction…still worth the beautiful room & convenient location. There’s two or three restaurants located on the first floor that have great staff & yummy dishes. I recommend trying the paella.

One of the best and "coolest" places I've stayed in! It is very clean and the decor/style is modern. Staff are super friendly, check in/check out was easy, no complaints! 100% will stay here again if visiting.

The staff were wonderful . I mentioned I was cold ( no heat no ac) just like the old days they brought xtra blankets and space heater. It’s in the middle of everything yet was very quiet? Yet still a real town great evening tapa scene.

We've stayed in La Laguna on a number of occasions and this is without doubt the very best place we have stayed. Perfect location, quiet, clean and beautiful. We will most definitely return!

I liked the size of the room, the cleanliness, the very well explained access and easy check-out. It was very spacious, the bathroom especially. Bed was very comfortable.
