This is absolutely the finest hotel stay along the Camino de Santiago. The room was modern, exceptionally comfortable, had very high quality linens, a private enclosed terrace, and a view of the river. The staff was superb and the restaurant was absolutely exceptional. One of the best meals I’ve ever eaten anywhere. The chef is a master and his creations were divine. I would visit Cacabelos again just to stay at this amazing hotel. Do not hesitate to book!

Great location, right on the Camino. I had a private double room that was next door to the restaurant. My window was high in the ceiling(remote controlled). The room got extremely hot. Thanks to the staff, they were able to help me figure out how to turn the AC on. The menu del dia was great.

Christmas fairy tale 😍😍 every little detail was well thought of, just gorgeous. We had a blast, everyone was kind and welcoming, great hospitality and camaraderie among staff. Everyone was ready to help. We loved it! We also enjoyed our time by the different fires, so relaxing. Dylan and Diego provided excellent service, nice and hardworking young gentleman.

The best hotel so far on our road trip through Northern Spain. Excellent price / deal Clean, quiet, with friendly stuff, great air conditioning. There is a gym, a bar, a restaurant. There are a few parking spaces around the building (supervised), public parking spaces all around the neighborhood and a payable private garage (around 9 euro per night). The Castle is 20 minutes away on foot.
