The owner and his wife are cordial, helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and they have all the facilities you can need. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to a lot of interesting places. The view is incredible and there are some spots to take beautiful pictures close.

If you're looking for a good place to start a climb on Teide, this is the spot. Very cute little hotel with everything you could ever need located about 1k elevation.

A quiet location in a small town on the less busy side of the island, but located between a couple of bigger towns. A car is necessary for getting around. A nice resort style hotel with views, a large pool and sauna and very basic gym room.

We came by bus. Hiking from this location without a car isn't great. Very infrequent bus. Exceptionally friendly staff. Gteat vslue. Dinner very good.

Hotel is like old hacienda, with rooms on ground and 1st floors. It is very nicely decorated and you have a feeling you are back in old times. The hotel is right on the main street so the location is perfect. Parking is just a few minutes down the street, large, free public parking. The room has access to balcony with a manificent view of the ocean and pools.

Great location, great restaurant, great European Breakfast and great staff! We really enjoyed our stay and would suggest that this hotel should be given consideration when traveling to Garachico.

Gorgeous property in a central location. The sauna and pool were amazing, and the rooftop terrace was a beautiful spot to watch the sunset.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the quality of the food and ambience in the restaurant was exceptional. We really liked the layout of the balconies and facilities in the hotel which meant that there were lots of view points and opportunities to enjoy relaxing in a beautiful environment.
