It’s located on very quiet street and close to a center! Room 301 is very romantic has a direct exit to a roof terrace with a beautiful view!

The hotel is brand new (just opened a month ago), and everything has been freshly outfitted. Very beautiful and comfortable rooms, with tasteful and comfortable lighting (something a lot of places apparently struggle with). Service from the staff was excellent and friendly, and the inclusive breakfast buffet was also very good considering the small number of guests (only ten rooms in the hotel as of right now). We would happily stay here again if we ever come back to La Orotava.

The decor is outstanding. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The whole inside of the building is beautiful with a piano which my son loved. The pool is lovely which we didn’t use but still a great facility. Breakfast was amazing.

The best hotel we have ever been, with such a nice and wellcoming people including guests. The best night shows and the atmosphere was perfect. Me and my daughters had such a nice time there, it was really interesting and the vibe was just perfect. If we have an oppurtunity to go there again we surely wont miss it. My daughters wont take the bracelates from the hotel out. They are still keeping it. We loved it.

Everything!! From the door men, the front desk staff, clearers and all the staff. Also, restaurants, rooms, breakfasts and facilities were outstanding!!

Location, right across the street from the beach. The views! Food, both breakfast and dinner (half board). This is my third time staying at this location, and there is a great improvement from the last two times.

Fantastic location in Tiede National Park. Very comfortable. Had a wonderful view of Tiede from our balcony.

I liked the rooftop swimming pool and the view was beautiful.Also u can see Mount Teide from there.Very friendly staff! U Can buy water and also sponge,detergent for dirty dishes at the reception.Also there Is a drink and coffee machine if you want drinks

Everything, the reception, the food, the staff, the location, the cleaning and the structure, it’s the best hotel I’ve been so far. I recommend it to everyone.

Everything was good! Room cleaning, choice of food - I enjoyed. Especially if you have really active vacation and use hotel just for sleep and eat :)

Sergio is extremely helpful with checking in, booking one more night, and booking a ferry to Gran Canaria. He is patient, resourceful, and pleasant.
