Everything. The location is magical. The staff is amazing.

They make you pay for the room upfront upon arrival even before they show you the room. They will not adjust the price of the room to the price that changed ( on booking.com) for the same room and the same day. When asked to director of hotel, she had a 100 excuses as to why she would not adjust the price down 30 euros.

Almost everything was perfect. The staff and owners were so helpful and going the extra mile for everything. The room and the property in general were spotlessly clean. The view overlooking vineyards and forests, the lovely walkable town next door, birds chirping in the morning... A serene haven in an unexpected corner of Emporda.

The big room and facilities were fantastic. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed. Such a wonderful location too! Thanks so much for such a lovely time there!

Excellent breakfast with local specialities. Location is close to many beaches, historic sites, hikes, and museums. There is a communal kitchen with shared refrigerators. In addition to the gorgeous pool, there is a net for badminton or volleyball and a large field for kids to run around.

Hotel with style and charm. And the El Motel restaurant outstanding. No wonder but got Michelin award.

The staff (Franz and a lady in the morning) are very polite, friendly and helpful. The property is very beautiful. The room is very nice and clean, we love it much. We love that they prepare slippers since the floor is cold. It is very suitable for couple since the place is very quite. The breakfast is also nice, it would be nicer if the waitress can speak english :) Thanks!

Perfect location, everything was clean, 24 hours check-in and free tea/coffee 24/7. Close to the highway - great value for money!

Didn't really expect anything much, but boy were we in for a pleasant surprise! The rooms are spacious and well fitted out. Imagine hardwood floors! In Spain! Just overall high quality fittings, bed, etc. Will definitely come back. Svetlana the receptionist was nice and welcoming. The hotel has an agreement with a nearby underground parking and you get a special rate.
