Hotel was fantastic! The à la carte dinner was excellent, and the open-buffet breakfast was incredibly delicious. The staff were unbelievably attentive and warm-hearted — they genuinely went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Set right in the middle of the vineyards, it was a perfect spot. Thank you to the amazing team for such a wonderful experience!

The whole experience and ambiance was terrific and this was enhanced by the wonderful staff who bent over backwards to look after us.

The staff. Special thanks to Sofia, who had the patience to look for thousands of solutions when the electronic lock of my room was out of battery. Also Carmen and Valentina were very attentive and efficient, when ordering the picnic everyday.

Friendly staff, apartment was extremely clean and well maintained. Atmosphere was lovely, bar food catered for gluten free and great value, their breakfast was top class. Short walk to the beach for a swim every morning.

All staff were outstanding, they were all genuinely friendly and always happy to help! The food was AMAZING. We are not easy to please when it comes to food as we're very health-conscious, but the buffets (we had breakfasts and dinners included) were always REALLY good. There were also plenty of options for vegetarians (I eat fish, but no meat). The gym had enough equipment and good opening hours to exercise. The pool was also great, heated and big enough to swim laps. We were there over New Year's and they really put a massive effort in to make it special, it was really, really good. The stay exceeded our expectations and should we ever return to Lanzarote, we would absolutely stay here again!!!!!!

We absolutely loved how easy everything was- close to airport with beautiful walks, fab heated pool, lovely breakfast and very nice staff including the lovely Maria at the check in desk who was very accommodating to our needs while traveling with a baby. We will definitely return as this hotel hits all our boxes for a happy, comfortable family holiday that feels like a holiday.

This is our second year at Sol Lanzarote. It’s just such a lovely clean place so close to the beach. The rooms are a good size and cleaned every day. We enjoyed the food and drinks. The entertainment is great for kids and i thought the adult entertainment was good. I loved the water aerobics.

Lovely welcome at this beautiful hotel as soon as we arrived. This was our 2nd time here and we hope to return again. It has such a lovely relaxing feel to the place. Our room was spacious and comfortable, nice quiet air con which was badly needed when we were there. You can't hear noise from any other rooms so we slept really well every night. The breakfast in the morning has plenty of choice to suit everyone, both hot & cold food is fresh and plentiful. Pool is lovely and a perfect temperature. People still get up at crazy hours to put their towels on seats around the pool but there really is no need as they are plentiful and you will get one at any time of the day, staff also keep an eye that towels are not left with no-one on them for hours which is great. The location is perfect for us. A short taxi journey to old town etc but just beside the hotel there are plenty of shops, restaurants & bars and the beach is just across the road and is just beautiful so you don't need to go to far for anything. It's a very safe area to go on nice long walks at any time of the day/night. The airport is a short 10min taxi journey away so very handy to get to. Can't say enough good things about this place and will hopefully be returning again soon.

Facilities were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were courteous and professional.

Basically everything. There is not 1 thing negative I would say about this luxury boutique property. It was stunning, service was personal and the location/design aesthetic, food, drink impeccable.

Nice place, went with a group of friends, entertainment team really enthusiastic, lots of activities to do. All inclusive drinks and food was good proper pints in glass, staff, friendly, and helpful..

A beautiful clean hotel with fantastic staff, beautiful location right on the beachfront. Poolside bar had a very good selection of food which was cheap and cheerful. A great stay overall and will definitely return.

Although just minutes from beaches and good restaurants, Villa Vik was a beautiful retreat from the hustle bustle of the tourist areas. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are pristine. The grounds are filled with private retreats to read or relax in the sun.

It is perfectly located in Puerto Del carmen. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. The spa treatment was divine. The manager Even went as far as arranging sandwiches for the airport as we had such an early return flight. Special recognition to Jonathon and Sabrina. We will definitely return frequently.
