Ga7colores is a large, historic Canarian house, built over 100 years ago with very large volcanic stone walls and according to the architectural, cultural, and climatic criteria of the island of Lanzarote: little rainfall, abundant wind, nearly constant temperatures year-round, and high humidity at night. The house is located in the center of the island, a strategic position for easily reaching the island's various attractions, but it is necessary to rent a car, a service we offer. There is also a bus line connecting the capital and various transport hubs. A characteristic of Canarian houses is having internal patios of various sizes, onto which the windows of some rooms overlook, allowing natural light to enter, keeping out the wind or sand from the nearby Sahara. There is no heating or cooling system, but we do have blankets, electric heaters, and fans. We are a pet-friendly property, as we own cats, dogs, birds, turtles, and sheep; all of them are adopted. Dogs and cats are common in the outdoor common areas. Ga7colores is adults-only because we offer the option (but not mandatory) of naturism, and we are also LGTBQ+ friendly. Ga7colores is our somewhat atypical home, where we strive to offer a quiet, relaxing, private, non-judgmental, family-friendly, and respectful environment.
