United StatesHuge apartment that would be great for a family or group of friends - I was traveling solo so didn't use the extra bedrooms or bathroom . Everything worked great and was current and modern, stylish. Safe and quiet area. I didn't see a kettle but no problem to heat a pan of water for coffee in the morning. Bed was comfortable. You could pay 3 or 3 times the price for a fancy resort hotel room but wouldn't get all the great amenities, space, and furniture/furnishings. Plenty of areas to spread out for larger groups.

Great coastal pathway from Punta Prime down to Cabo Roig,...
Great coastal pathway from Punta Prime down to Cabo Roig, fantastic views. Lots of lovely cove type small beaches & the long sands of LA Zenia beach all well worth the visit.
Plenty of shops at the Boulevard in Playa Flamenca.
At Cabo Roig the "Strip" is full of bars & restaurants being the focal point for live music & good food.
At La Zenia, they have a German brewhouse, with great Weiss beer! The Side Street Cafe is a good place to sit in the sun & have a great breakfast & coffee

It s a acquired taste you have some great pubs The Abbey being the best and surrounding pubs the cavern etc you have to walk a lots as its like a massive housing estate with pubs dotted here and there . we like it as we have friends there and like drinking but its not like a beach holiday say going to the seaside Benidorm unless you are down near the front etc / Cabo riog 2 miles away has a strip with bars and cafes etc I really like it there a great days boozing session

The Costa area down by the beaches is gorgeous, lovely...
The Costa area down by the beaches is gorgeous, lovely beaches and beach bars. The main La Zenia beach has volleyball and other sports and a churringto too. The La Zenia Boulevard is the best shopping Centre in all of Spain I love it! THe bars and live music in the area is excellent as is all the supermarkets to choose from.

It was a lovely area with everything accessible on foot, by car and public transport. There are plenty of beaches, walks and other towns close by. We found plenty to do each day and places to visit. Can't wait to go back and explore the area some more.

I was in Cabo Roig to take part in the St.
I was in Cabo Roig to take part in the St. Patrick's Day Parade - the biggest in mainland Europe. The sun shone down us and the Parade was outstanding. The amount of great places to eat, the closeness of the beaches, the entertainment along The Strip makes the place the most convenient I have ever been.

We like Orihuela and visit the mediaeval market usually visit for few hours the first day! We wanted to stay over to experience longer and evening.
There are lots of in interesting buildings in addition to the market
The "Easter" museum is fabulous
We plan to return another time to watch the Easter parades.
We found a nice pub cafe bungee square in town for some lunch in thursday

We’ve been staying at this hotel on and off for years, when visiting friends nearby. It never disappoints. A real person to welcome you at any hour. An imposing entrance. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good bathrooms. Quiet. Staff who will help you with any needs or queries.
