great place to stay when in Orihuela. Good breakfast, big rooms, located in the city center.

The location was lovely. The facilities were well maintained and comfortable. The food was good.

The apartment was excellently located near the historical sites & a decent supermarket was nearby. The facilities, bed etc were excellent, including a modern kitchen behind pull out doors. It's on the 2nd story, so as I had a bicycle the owners kindly let me place my bike in their garage - so convenient for bike tourists. They also were very considerate of my later than planned arrival & had a noon checkout time. Highly recommended.

Central and quiet location, close to everything. The staff were really lovely and accommodating. Rooms are cleaned daily and have all the necessary amenities. AC worked really well in the heatwave. I was very comfortable.

Huge apartment that would be great for a family or group of friends - I was traveling solo so didn't use the extra bedrooms or bathroom . Everything worked great and was current and modern, stylish. Safe and quiet area. I didn't see a kettle but no problem to heat a pan of water for coffee in the morning. Bed was comfortable. You could pay 3 or 3 times the price for a fancy resort hotel room but wouldn't get all the great amenities, space, and furniture/furnishings. Plenty of areas to spread out for larger groups.

Great terrace, conditioner, free wifi, TV with youtube, 2 bathrooms, 3 pools (2 outside, 1 inside with hot water), sport gym, great location when with car, 5 min by car to La Zenia beach, parking inside building, 2 elevators in building, all needed stuff at kitchen + much food to cook from old visitors

Everything was great, from Carmen's excellent hosting skills, the wonderfully kept complex, the extremely clean apartment with everything you could need and the location being within walking distance to all amenities. We would definitely stay here again!
