Didn't really expect anything much, but boy were we in for a pleasant surprise! The rooms are spacious and well fitted out. Imagine hardwood floors! In Spain! Just overall high quality fittings, bed, etc. Will definitely come back. Svetlana the receptionist was nice and welcoming. The hotel has an agreement with a nearby underground parking and you get a special rate.

The cons: -No WIFI - this was a problem.

The cons: -No WIFI - this was a problem. -Not enough pillows per bed -No shower curtain or glass door whats spills outside the shower -need some chairs on the top terrase -Providing a binder with information of the area like Cafe, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, and entertaining things to do in the area would be ideal, i had to look it up or ask. PROS: -Number of beds per room -The way the house is divided inside gives more privacy -Great View from the top terrasse -Great back yard size -back yard furniture was perfect -Size of kitchen and living room, very comfortable -Decorated nicely, very original -Next to a golf course, perfect for golfer families -Very spacious for European standards -Very Safe and a cute picture perfect neighborhood. -The Casino : which we did not have time but others did -The Peralada Wine Cellar tour was my most favorite -The church and the area in front of the Castle where the wedding ceremony took place was just perfect! -I recommend staying at least 7 days to be able to go to The Dali museum in Figueres and other Dali craetions. -Visiting the Cathedral in Girona and walking in the tiny streets was very enjoyable and highly recommended -The famous antique library which I also did not have time to visit -SPARR super market in Peralada saved us -Croaks a veyr good Tapas place and loved their Tinto de Verano -We ate at Pagus the days they serve Pizza, these are gourmet style PIzza like never before combinations.

Northern Catalonia has many lovely small villages that are wonderful for walking around, taking a coffee at an outdoor terrace or simply strolling the cobblestone streets. Unfortunately, Peralada isn't one of them. Arrived around 2pm in search of a place to eat lunch and it seemed that the entire population in the little town had disappeared. Eerily quiet, no shops, no open restaurants. Finally found an open bar/restaurant called El Carme and it was awful. Painfully slow service with nearly inedible food. If you're in the area go to Peratallada instead, which is the exact opposite: full of life, restaurants, shops etc.

Amazing resort near the wine fields of Peralada with golf court. Beautiful minimalistic modern style perfectly integrated with classic Spanish. Delicious dinner and breakfast on the restaurant veranda. Very nice staf offers great service. And of course the wine… Not a bargain but worth every euro

We really liked the location which was beautiful and the hotel was very clean. The staff were so polite in helping us to the parking over the phone late at night and the man in reception was so kind and attentive to our needs upon arrival. They also gave us drinks to take away with us the next day as we didn’t have a mini bar in our room and it was very warm. Thank you!

Very friendly host. Very spacious and everything we Needed was present, even Washing machine available. We also could store our luggage On our check out day so we could make another bike ride in the maginificant setting. Gravel riding at it’s best here. We Will have to come back to explore more and Peralada- apartamento loft en planta baja Will be the place

Clean, light, quiet, close to Spar, lovely view, easy parking, good AC, nice building with lift. Brilliant place & the host very quick to respond to WhatsApp. I would definitely return. A gem for Peralada.
