I was impressed by the staff in the hotel. Everybody was very helpful and nice and well-mannered. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the beach, and the bus stop is near the hotel.

I felt like home. Very good communication and clean room! If you want to relax, best place! Close to the public transport (2 min) and silent at night.

Perfect location 2 minutes to the bus (good connection for the airport), 5 miutes to the beach, 5-10 minutes to restaurants. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and professionally employees .

I loved everything about this place! Everyone was so warm and welcoming and the place had a calm nice feeling. The pool and outside space was beautiful and the room had everything I needed. I enjoyed the recommendations for the restaurants nearby and support with transportation. I truly loved my visit and am grateful for their time.

It was an old quaint hotel without all the frills. It was quiet and the staff was wonderful. There are nice restaurants around the area and sites to see. My friend broke his ankle and they went out of their way to help us out with calling an ambulance and helping him get back to the room. They made arrangements for us to take a taxi to Valencia so we could leave and come home.

It’s in very good location, close to everything and provides car parking

It was clean and we got a good sale rate! Breakfast was included and a wonderful buffet. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! It was refreshing to be treated with smiles and above and beyond willingness to help!

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast; The hotel is close to a commercial complex and to the bus station, so it's easy to go downtown or to San Juan beach (a wonderful long and sandy beach).

All staff, especially the Manager Eduardo and the front desk agent Ona who are exceptional,were professional and efficient. The room and all facilities were clean and well maintained. The cafeteria is a good place to start and finish your day.

Pool areas were great, the hotel was very clean and stylish, great breakfast buffet, very kind staff, and an absolutely stunning view over the Mediterranean. Absolutely wonderful. We’d recommend this hotel to everybody.
