For the price, I didn't expect luxury. Staff very friendly and helpful. Mattresses seemed new, comfortable. Location just a few blocks from the center of town.

This hotel nicely surprised me, it was really good value for money. The room was excellent, large, modern and comfortable with a great view over the town centre. The staff were friendly and multilingual. The breakfast buffet was great, with a very large choice of different types of food. I'm glad I found this place and will definitely come back here.

It is a great hotel in the centre of Puertollano. The staff are so lovely and helpful and can’t recommend them enough! Hotel always very clean and everything we needed during our stay was available. We ate there quite a bit the breakfasts were great and meals I had in the restaurant and in the outside bar area were all lovely.

Great modern hotel. All the amenities that I needed. I don't need a gym, spa, and such. Very good breakfast but food should be hotter. But still very good. And many offerings. They even made a fresh cafe con leche for me. Within walking distance from the train station. No need for a taxi or Uber.

I really liked it. Very modern hotel, with a great location. The room is very clean and in good condition, with a good design. Friendly staff. There were some difficulties with communication, since few people speak English. I recommend this hotel
