Wonderful place toward the end of the Camino. The staff gave us a wonderful welcome, the hotel is new and well maintained, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic.

Room was comfortable. I didn't have breakfast there. The location is fantastic. We use the spa every day for 9 days. It was awesome. The stuff members are very nice, and helpful.

Great hotel with an excellent staff. Julio and the team handed really well the group check-in in the middle of a chaotic rainy afternoon. I was about to ask for help and before that they were taking control of everything.

We stayed for my birthday and Hotel Santiago Plaza made it a memorable and special experience. Everything about our stay was perfect - the staff, convenient location near the bus station, cleanliness and comfort of the room, and the abundant breakfast the next morning. I slept so well there, wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed at Hotel Santiago Apóstol with our dog. I've always stayed at Dog Friendly hotels before, but this time I was impressed that they prepared a bed and tray for my Dog for the first time. And the bed was clean and not old. I was very happy to be welcomed.　The bathroom was new so it was clean. The sheets on the bed were washed cleanly, so I was able to sleep comfortably.　Having a small refrigerator in the room was helpful.

Everything! The rooms super comfortable, thinking of every detail, like changing even the cushion covers between clients (as opposed to only bed linens), having very soft lights in the bathrooms for the night, the personnel were always efficient and friendly… really, all was perfect!

The palace is a beautiful place with country like views and feel, in the center of the city. Staff was amazing and the breakfast superb.

The hotel actually messaged me a few days prior to checking in about staying at their sister property across the street which is Hotel Gaio 7- so this review is for Gaio 7 hotel. The location is perfect, a short walk into the old town and the famous Cathedral. Our room had 2 large windows/doors with the most perfect view of the old town and the cathedral! The bed was comfortable, the room was equipped with coffee and water, a welcome note, modern fixtures, and had everything you would need for a great stay. There was a recommended discounted parking garage located nearby with a short walk or it was possible to find a street parking spot payable by the hour. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The staff is great! They are kind and patient. The hotel is impeccable and the rooms very tidy with comfy beds. The building is over 400 years old and the interior is from the early 2,000's but built in authentic Art Deco style. Really brilliant all the way around.

The location was fantastic. The view out of into room overlooked the cathedral. Breakfast was great value and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

It is very charming, the rooms are spacious and the garden is beautiful.
