The location is great and the bus stop is just a walk away. It’s very well located and you can go places from there. The whole hotel was excellent and the food was just delicious; the staff were very nice and kind. Always at hand to help. The amenities are awesome and the hotel is well taken care of. The rooms are big enough and the bed was very confty. We just can’t complaint.

I liked the size of the room, the cleanliness, the very well explained access and easy check-out. It was very spacious, the bathroom especially. Bed was very comfortable.

Loved the location, the breakfast was decent and the parking was cool to have since we drove there. I loved the quiet music that can be heard throughout the hotel. Also loved the jacuzzi at the last floor

We've stayed in La Laguna on a number of occasions and this is without doubt the very best place we have stayed. Perfect location, quiet, clean and beautiful. We will most definitely return!

The staff were wonderful . I mentioned I was cold ( no heat no ac) just like the old days they brought xtra blankets and space heater. It’s in the middle of everything yet was very quiet? Yet still a real town great evening tapa scene.

Great location but very noisy. I read that in the reviews but didn’t understand quite how loud it actually was. You can hear through the walls and the shutters don’t provide any noise reduction…still worth the beautiful room & convenient location. There’s two or three restaurants located on the first floor that have great staff & yummy dishes. I recommend trying the paella.
