this is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. They did an excellent job of transforming a majestic old city palace into a modern luxury hotel, preserving the elegance of the 19th century. The location is also ideal, with plenty of food and shopping options within a close walking distance.

The location was amazing but the most amazing things about this place is the cleanliness and the stuff. The receptionists were amazing and they made us feel like we were at home. The location was superb, very easy to move around, the room was very nice, fancy and comfortable and the staff was really helpful and fast to provide answers, we got our taxi service, left the bags in the hotel with no inconvenient and everything was perfect during my stay. There is a parking next to it (Canalejas, like 5 mins on foot) in the case you can't coordinate a parking spot with the hotel.

WHAT A PLACE. 10/10..! The location, the hosts (especially Enrique), the facilities - just incredible. We had a 4 night stay and loved every minute. The supermarket is around the corner, the beach 5mins away (with its glorious sunsets), a gym downstairs, and also across the road, the best ice-cream and breakfasts around the other corner and tapas to die for all on your doorstep. And then you walk 5, 10, 15 mins and you get to everywhere else! 100% recommendation we will be back! Just to eat at the market again for me! On a hot day the roof terrace which is beautifully maintained, was a god send. We were out of season so the jacuzzi wasn't on, but we enjoyed it none-the-less. The manager was a lovely - kind, knowledgable, and attentive when needed. He brought a wine bucket with ice when asked, towels for the jacuzzi and helped with the bags when we left storage and to the taxi. He had food recommendations too!
