We loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everything about staying here was convenient - the location only walking distance from the old town and beach front, there was also a breakfast buffet option to purchase with great options (cooked + cereals and fruit/coffee).

Everything was great. Crossing the street to check in was minor. Excellent place. We would stay again.

Convenience to everything in Zirautz

Nice, small, cozy, located at the top of a little hill, quiet, lovely sorroundings, friendly staff. Very family like style. Like a little lodge.

A very cosy place in the beginning of the old town. The ladies in the reception were extremely nice and helpful. The restaurant they recommended for dinner was a real treat for fish and seafood lovers. They don't have car parking at the hotel but you can park at the port (not free) which is 5 min walk through the old town. Breakfast was also very nice, only we weren't lucky to enjoy a sea view on the terrace as it was raining.

I wish we had stayed at this hotel for at least a couple of nights. It’s located in a very picturesque and quiet area. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the views. The staff are very friendly. We also loved the coffee machine and the breakfast area.

Fabulous hotel. Felt luxurious but understated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities and nice additions like beach equipment, sauna etc. Great location for beach, town or coastal walks. It was a calm and relaxing visit.

Clean, new, modern and cozy. Great views of Zarautz. Breakfast is great and the staff is very friendly.

Great breakfast with freshly baked bread, pastries, home made jam and much more. Beautiful country side environment. Moreover, staff members were very friendly and super helpful. We highly recommend this place.
