Comfortable room. Dine-in was great, and fast service. Clean and quiet room. Loved that I was provided with bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. The front desk service was excellent and very kind and friendly. Loved that the security guards were out front, ready to summon a taxi for me every time I go out.

Completely refurbished in 2019, including all guest rooms and public areas, Tanoa Plaza features rooms with lovely harbor or city views and is only 2297 feet from Suva Harbor.

Location is very convenient. Breakfast was filling. Ample parking space. AC working well. Staff are friendly. Good for short stay. Elevator works well - no long wait times. Room is spacious. Convenient powerpoints in room. Pretty view of bay. Good ventilation if you don’t wish to use AC.

Very nice room, large, clean, comfy. AC great, internet fast. It's in a large mall with several eating options, shopping if that's your gig, and a giant party area for children and teens. Right out side is a beautiful river view on one side, and easy access Nausori shopping, business, banking, transport. I held a three day conference here. The meeting room was very good, though the lighting felt more dance floor ready than business, but fine for either. The staff were exceptional, helpful, kind, great guidance ... meet every need both for the stay and business.

I loved the rooms at this hotel. The beds are comfortable, with basic amenities like fridge, electric kettle, tv, iron. Even though I experience discomfort on the first night cos of bed bugs, we got upgraded to a better room. Studio with cooking facilities which was great also shops and eating outlets across the road. The location was perfect and close to the CBD. The staff are helpful and very friendly. This was my second stay at this hotel and will stay there every time I go to Suva and will recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay.

Location is a little bit far from downtown which is just perfect. Staff were very helpful especially Racheal at the reception. Also the Housekeeping Lady that came to clean my room, she was very very friendly. Being a Fijian myself but to be treated just like every other guest is just another level of hospitality that I don’t find it anywhere in the world that I travelled to.
