The place and location was awesome but the sockets in our case wer a lot different from the one in Singapore but yeah overall things went fine.

Staff lovely and resort very clean

Location is very convenient. Breakfast was filling. Ample parking space. AC working well. Staff are friendly. Good for short stay. Elevator works well - no long wait times. Room is spacious. Convenient powerpoints in room. Pretty view of bay. Good ventilation if you don’t wish to use AC.

Comfortable beyond measure! Sheets were soft, bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure was amazing. Hot water and soft big white towels. This hotel was amazing.

Great place to stay. Very convenient location - directly across the airport, just walk across the street! Wonderful pool and gym. Great restaurant. Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff.

The Staff is so nice that they deserve a Gold medal. The free shuttle from the airport was very quick and the driver was very polite. I asked the tourist information booth at the airport to call the hotel and in 15 mins the shuttle arrived. The hotel is very near the airport. The room was comfortable nothing fancy.

Location is excellent as it's near the airport and near to other facilities like groceries stores etc.

The customer service is fantastic! Joe the manager and his staff - Andy and other Hotel staff are exceptional. The rooms are newly refurbished and are very comfy. The location was perfect, not more than 3 minutes drive to and from the airport and within walking distance from the New World shopping mall. Away from the busy street, great views from the balcony where you can order a nice breakfast and have it there. I enjoyed my stay there and this will definitely be my place to stay from now on!

Very nice apartment hotel close to the airport. The staff were kind and helpful, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfy and all the amenities I needed were within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Front desk, very hospitable. the cleaners are so nice and really care about their guests, making sure we are stocked up on coffee and tea essentials and shampoo, toiletries, towels, etc.

The breaky was nice and the rooms were incredible.

Comfortable room. Dine-in was great, and fast service. Clean and quiet room. Loved that I was provided with bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. The front desk service was excellent and very kind and friendly. Loved that the security guards were out front, ready to summon a taxi for me every time I go out.

Location is a little bit far from downtown which is just perfect. Staff were very helpful especially Racheal at the reception. Also the Housekeeping Lady that came to clean my room, she was very very friendly. Being a Fijian myself but to be treated just like every other guest is just another level of hospitality that I don’t find it anywhere in the world that I travelled to.
