The facility had everything we needed - wifi, smart tv, aircon, hot water, full kitchen and laundry facility. It was nice that it’s a private apartment and the host allowed us to have more people than we initially expected.

VanuatuThe customer service is fantastic! Joe the manager and his staff - Andy and other Hotel staff are exceptional.
The rooms are newly refurbished and are very comfy. The location was perfect, not more than 3 minutes drive to and from the airport and within walking distance from the New World shopping mall. Away from the busy street, great views from the balcony where you can order a nice breakfast and have it there.
I enjoyed my stay there and this will definitely be my place to stay from now on!

CanadaThe Staff is so nice that they deserve a Gold medal. The free shuttle from the airport was very quick and the driver was very polite. I asked the tourist information booth at the airport to call the hotel and in 15 mins the shuttle arrived. The hotel is very near the airport.
The room was comfortable nothing fancy.

The property and owner were great.
The property and owner were great. They showed care for us and the property. They assisted us with info about area and were easily reachable when need.
There were small renovations in progress that did not impede or cause havoc with our stay. We had a great and rewarding time there.

Nadi is good but driving is dangerous because many motorists do not follow the road rules, making it very dangerous for pedestrians and good motorists. There is hardly any police presence on the Queens Road from Nadi Town to Nasoso junction

Denarau was great for us as we were travelling onwards to...
Denarau was great for us as we were travelling onwards to the islands and stayed one night. There are some great cafes and restaurants at Port Denarau and good gift/clothing shops too. If we had stayed longer, we would have taken the Bula Bus around the other resorts.

Great to have the bus between nadi and lautoka at on the road. Awesome resort at walking distance ro have that experience, bur definitely not needed given the level of confort of the property. Great attention to detail and support.

Staff were so warm and friendly and helpful. The resort is really well run . The mosaics are a work of art. As our first experience of Fiji : I couldn’t believe the singing and harmonies. Very beautiful music all the time . The variety of menu was wonderful and the food delicious especially the salads . Loved the stories n performances by the warriors. We swam in the ocean and loved it. Thank you

The snorkelling was amazing, so much live coral and plenty...
The snorkelling was amazing, so much live coral and plenty of fish just off the beach. We saw reef sharks off the back of Serenity island, we also saw one swim in front of our beach front Bure. We also went on a trip to the Sandbar and it had amazing coral also, the team at Serenity island made our trip so much fun and was a great group bonding event.

Loved visiting the garden of the Sleeping Giant and Hindu Temple. As were only in Nadi for one full day this was the extent of our explorations. We ate a cafe attached to the Hindu Temple. It was Indian Cuisine, but tasty and cheap.

The staff of the Sheraton were friendly & professional but it was a very expensive part of our Fiji trip with very costly restaurants & far too many guests.
The room was south facing so very dark & cold, hopelessly soft pillows that could't be replaced.
After staying there 38 years ago we were very disappointed by the changed hotel it is now.
The sunset over the sea is still a delight so take your own wine & nibbles for cocktail hour by the sea.

Do the Jewel of Fiji tour. The tour itself isn't expensive.... BUT... be prepared to pay quite a lot extra to actually get there.... In saying that..... it's a nice comfy way of seeing quite a bit more of the island.
The beach/bay is absolutely lovely.... although, reef shoes might be helpful... (sharp stuff)
If you're OK to pay a taxi 10 dollars to take you 1 and a half km up the road..... go for it. The taxis are variable.... some reasonable price... some a bit greedy,,,,, If you walk... chances are... one of the locals will pick you up.... Such friendly people.

The Fijian people are friendly and helpful. I didn't visit any tourist attractions but enjoyed the warm weather and slow pace of life. A key suggestion is to get rental car insurance - we discovered the driving behaviour in Nadi can be a little scary.
