Food was excellent for all meals (breakfast and dinner). We especially enjoyed the Japanese restaurant as the dishes were the best we have had (salmon and pork belly). It was a treat to do the snorkeling, which was included in the room charge, and the experience was great (even better than the snorkeling we did in the Great Barrier Reef (Cairns) later).

We stayed for 3 nights and I would recommend to stay 4 or 5 nights. The atmosphere and the staff is just amazing. The resort is beautiful and so well maintained. The beach is a dream and provides lots of facilities. The most amazing thing is the staff. Everybody seems always in a good mood, they stop by for a short chat and they are so welcoming and warm-hearted. I could not get enough of the night shows, especially the dancing. My 3 yr oldold daughter loved the stay as well, it is very child-friendly.

Very cute and comfortable house, great views of the ocean and a short distance to the store. The house is complete with anything I think you would need for your stay, the outside area is full of trees and flowers making its a cozy retreat.

A beautiful beach spoilt by floating litter and rubbish in the water. I have seen this often around the world and understand that it is a side effect of a bigger issue. I consider myself quite resilient but did not feel comfortable swimming here. Would be a good photo op if not intending to swim.

The Intercontinental Hotel at Natadola Beach is easily the...

The Intercontinental Hotel at Natadola Beach is easily the best hotel on the mainland of Fiji. The reason why is because most mainland hotels do not have sandy beaches and certainly few have coral that you can snorkel on and those hotels are dependent on pools and facilities to attract people to them over the hotels on outer islands. If you are going to Fiji for a short visit and don't have time to move about to experience it or you want to keep the costs down (the outer islands are expensive) then goto the Intercontinental. Keep away from Denarau(which sucks). the Intercontinental at Natadola beach gives you a lot. We tried all the hotels. Best dish was at Navo and it was the crab linguini. I'd avoid going spastic on room upgrades, we did so but by the looks of it every room there is mint.

The beach is worth the trip but Yatule isn’t!

The beach is worth the trip but Yatule isn’t! $200 round trip from Nadi - plus overpriced accommodation - way better options available - choose wisely. Close to the golf course if you can’t afford the Intercontinental next door. Okay to eat here luckily - no other options! Singatoka $100 taxi ride away for options - snacks and water - stock up!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay there, the staff were so friendly and helpful and that alone made the experience so much more magical, they provided activities everyday along with cultural events and things even the kiddos could enjoy. We stayed in the beachfront bure and it was quite spacious for myself and three children, it was about a ten step space to the actual beach and also there were hammocks everywhere so you could just relax and read a good book if you didn’t want to sit at the beach. What a magical place I cannot wait to come back and create more memories. I enjoyed the snorkelling activity, kayaking, watching the staff play volleyball, the fire-dance was an experience in itself, the kids loved the crab racing because it was different and very simple but yet so much fun. Thank you to all the lovely staff you guys made our trip so special. We will see you all again Vinaka from a happy kiwi

Liked the friendliness of the staff, the breakfasts, the beach, golf course, hotel layout and facilities. Think staff communication, in relation to servicing, could be improved - too many routine provisions in rooms not replenished regularly (eg. water, milk, toilet paper), requiring calls to the front desk - sometimes more than once.

We loved everything about the resort. We would come back here again next time we visit. No other place we'd want to be. The staff, location, activities provided and of course, beautiful Natadola beach at your footsteps. We learnt about herbal medicine, watched fire dancing and snorkelling. We also enjoyed the food and had their tandoori chicken a couple of times. For what we wanted, the resort exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast omelette was great. Dinner(squid dumpling) was also great. I loved it. Overall comfortable welcoming. The singing was also nice. The sunset awesome. This is Natadola beach so u don't want to miss the sunset. The room was nice, the bure is cute. The deluxe room has mores space. The other one just the bed and a table simple.
