United StatesThe new owners, Nicolas and Elaine were so friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. They also gave us lots of great recommendations for where to visit and see plus a wonderful restaurant in Martel for dinner. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed, good pillows and nice linens. They had turned on the heater so it was cozy and warm when we checked in. We enjoyed a great breakfast, all kinds of fresh bread, pastries, good coffee, yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit etc. Overall, a great stay at a lovely country chateau with terrific hosts! Highly recommend and would come again.

United StatesThe staff at the front were very warm and inviting. The view was fantastic, and walking the path there and back a short distance offered several different views of Rocamadour. Even though it was raining, having breakfast overlooking the mountain was simply perfect; parking was very close which was a nice plus.

IsraelWe liked everything about this hotel.It is modern and spotless , set in green forest, beautiful and quiet. It is only 200 meters from the village restaurants (don't miss L'estanquet) and 5 nimute walk from the promenade that surrounds Rocamadour. During our stay we didn't have to use the car at all. Excellent breakfast.

Alvignac is pretty in itself and it's situation between Rocamadour and the Gouffres du Padirac is perfect. Plus there are many other beautiful towns and villages to explore in the region. Our holiday was too short and we will have to return!
