Elegant, spacious bathroom, deep closets and a panoramic view of the countryside from my room. Staff were all gracious and helpful. The location is perfect. It is surrounded by natural beauty and historic buildings. Vezelay and the this area of Burgundy is truly beautiful. Everyone I encountered was friendly and generous with their time.

We loved the location, room, building and restaurant. The chef is so good at creating beautiful and very tasty dishes with local ingredients. I will be back again when we visit that part of France again.

If you don’t time things Vezelay can be a food desert… thankfully staff at the hotel were willing to prepare a fabulous meal!

The B&B is located in a really nice area of the town and has a beautiful entrance. Everybody was so flexible and friendly and I was allowed to enter the courtyard and unload all the suitcases we brought with us. I think our hostess really made our stay warm and loved. We were allowed to make use of the big garden and the kitchen and did so, it was all very nice and clean. We would love to come back here again if we pass by Clamecy!
