My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster and the worst...
My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster and the worst experience of my life.
The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and honestly felt scary and unsafe. There was constant noise from construction, making it impossible to rest.
The owner was rude and unpleasant, showing no respect or care for guests.
Overall, this place is uncomfortable and unwelcoming, I definitely do not recommend it.
You can easily find something much better for the same price. Avoid at all costs!

Stayed 19–21 July 2025. Clean, compact room with comfortable bed and AC. Staff were friendly. Convenient metro access to Paris, but the lift was not working, so stairs were necessary. Good for a no-frills, affordable stay.

This is not a tourist spot!
This is not a tourist spot! However it is on the right right Metro 12 to zoom into the city in about 10-15 minutes. This is a suburb so the local bars and shops are for locals. Helps if you speak a little basic french

If you are confident using the underground then it's ok as the hotels are cheaper than in the city centre but it's public transport links are the only thing going for it. There is a lot of construction work going on right now so it's very noisy. So if you're reading this after 2024 then it will have changed we only stayed for 2 nights and it was enough

The apartment looks clean but it has cockroaches and bed bugs. We spent sleepless night due to thie presence of the cockroaches and most especially bedbugs.
We were all bitten by the bedbugs.
I didn't enjoy my stay there, I message the property owner but no response throughout.

Disappointing Hotel Experience: Lapses in Basic Services and Service
Our stay at the hotel was marked by a series of inconveniences that unfortunately significantly compromised the quality of service. It is with regret that we share our negative experience, hoping to alert future travelers to the deficiencies we encountered during our 5-day stay.
1. Lack of Closets and Tiny Desk:
We were surprised and disappointed to find no closets in the room and a noticeably small desk. This lack of space negatively impacted our ability to organize our belongings and perform basic tasks.
2. Lack of Regular Cleaning:
Over the five days, room cleaning was neglected, which is unacceptable in any lodging establishment. The lack of regular maintenance compromised the cleanliness and comfort of the environment.
3. Lack of Basic Bathroom Items:
The non-provision of basic items such as a bathroom mat and hygiene amenity kit is a serious flaw that directly affected our lodging experience.
4. Lackadaisical Receptionist Service:
Contrary to expectations generated by previous reviews, the receptionist service fell short. When expressing a preference for communication in Spanish or Portuguese, we noticed a lack of effort to accommodate this request. Additionally, simple greetings like "bonjour" were often ignored, undermining the welcoming atmosphere we expected.
5. Discrepancy Between Price and Quality:
The hotel's cost-benefit ratio is questionable, especially when considering that the quality offered is comparable, or even inferior, to hotels within the same chain, such as Ibis, at a substantially higher price.
In summary, our experience at the hotel was disappointing and not in line with expectations set by previous reviews. We advise caution to future travelers prioritizing quality service and adequate facilities, as we believe the price charged does not reflect the experience provided by the establishment.

The reception staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially Amella (hope I got the name right). She was on duty on the 30th of March. However, the cleaning in the room needs a lot of improvement - hair on the bathroom floor, not ok - a lot of dust in the room not ok. The bed sheet on the double bed was dirty.
For a short city break I recommend this hotel. It's close to a metro station and close to Auchan.

The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi connection. A highlight was the location, right in front of a metro station and an excellent bakery for those who didn't opt for breakfast at the hotel. Furthermore, the staff were all very polite and helpful whenever we asked. I recommend the stay.

friendly staff. easy to find. not in paris city centre but hotel is a few metre away from metro station and it's easy to get to everywhere. bakery is opposite the hotel. the area is quiet and safe.
