Our family recently had the pleasure of staying Cave Auger and it was nothing short of wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Stephane greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel right at home. The cozy atmosphere of the B&B was perfect for our family, and Stephane and Gautier’s attention to detail in ensuring our comfort was truly appreciated. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing plenty of space for our family to relax and unwind. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast at their kitchen and we had a chance to play with their lovely bulldog Bouchon. It was a great way to start our day before heading out to explore the area. One of the highlights of our stay was the opportunity to share stories with them over a glass of wine in the evening. Their warmth and hospitality made us think that this will not be our last visit to Loire.

The home is very beautiful and the hosts were the best! They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, while also giving us our privacy. We had a lovely room on the third floor with a gorgeous view of the river and a very comfortable bed. We awoke to a delicious breakfast of fresh chocolate croissants, bread and apple juice all purchased by the host before we woke up. We also had delicious honey harvested by their neighbor as well as several homemade jams.They live in a darling small town with several restaurants and a gorgeous church. It was all PERFECT!!! I forgot to add that there is a beautiful rooftop jacuzzi!!!

A lovely place to stay!! The host was very nice and welcomed us to the property. The property is gorgeous with lots of gardens and places to hang out. The breakfast was a full spread in the host's dining room. We felt welcomed and taken care of during our entire stay. I can't recommend this place enough!

The hostess was magnificent. She spoke little English and we spoke even less french, but we were able to communicate beautifully to get our needs met. The room was comfortable and super clean, with the touch of home. The breakfast was more than sufficient with plenty of choices. Plus the added touch of the host's delicious homemade yogurt. Very quaint nearby 1km town. Found pizza, drinks, & music.

Everything! This is a true family-run hotel with an absolutely wonderful host. He was very kind, communicative and always available, he showed us the entire hotel, explained everything in detail, helped us choose a restaurant, and even booked it for us. The breakfast he prepared was simple but excellent. The hotel itself is spotless and well taken care of, with spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, beautiful bed linen, and a very well-equipped kitchen. In the evening you can enjoy a drink: beers, wines and other beverages are available at very fair prices, with a surprisingly wide selection of wines. You can truly feel how much care goes into this place. And as a funny side note: they also have an absolutely lovely dog
