The breakfast was very good, excellent choice in both food and drinks. Rooms comfortable, well maintained and quiet. The staff were all very helpful and patient, nothing seemed too much trouble, they couldn't have been kinder; whilst not being too intrusive.

Charles offers an amazing personalized experience in Falaise. He has personally restored the house inside and out; filling it with amazing artifacts. The rooms are upstairs with a view into the green space of the park, which is a great place to walk and enjoy the scenery. We came on an odd day and Charles made sure he briefed us on the available restaurants so we didn't miss out. Easy walking distance to the Conqueror's castle and downtown. Breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit, yogurt, and pastries. We forgot to warn him I was gluten-free, but Charles immediately made special accommodations for me. My son said the hotel and breakfast were his favorite from our week long trip to Paris and Normandy. Highly recommend.

An exceptional hotel in a very pretty setting. Hosts couldn't have been more helpful, rooms very well appointed and breakfast delicious with fresh bread and croissants. Will go back if we get the chance.
