The room was spacious with a nice shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious. But mostly, the best part was Monique and Pierre. They were the most helpful. We were in our walking holiday and I just got injured on the way to this hotel. Pierre drove us to an emergency room. We were deeply touched by their kindness.

breakfast very good and complete. Staff super nice. Never heard the word “no”. This area of France is without compare. Dinner was always wonderful. The property is very well maintained. Great walks nearby. Dordogne a walk away.

The village of Loubressac was adorable, and the hotel right in the center of it. There is a lot of hiking available in the area. Hotel Cantou had the only restaurant in the area, and it was excellent. Our room was the smallest. There was some noice from above as it was directly below the patio; however, the owner resolved the noise issue right away by closing off that portion of the patio…which was very kind of him to do so. We would definitely come back again.

The room and bed were quite large. The condition of the facilities was outstanding, in a rural farm setting that is beautiful and tranquil. The hosts were extremely friendly, and took the time to show us a couple of things about the farm that were unexpected. The friendly cat was an added bonus. Breakfast was also very good.
