Comfortable bed, value for money with adequate size room and bathroom. Clean and rooms facing outside and not in some indoor corridors.

Fabulous hotel. Very clean and the staff were so friendly. We had a free upgrade which was amazing. Within walking distance of a good selection of restaurants and the Agora. Highly recommend.

Comfy hotel just off the motorway.

What a pleasure to meet Stephane at the hotel. The room was lovely, and the home is filled with whimsical antiquities. The breakfast was outstanding and a perfect way to start our day! Our bed, bath, and bedroom were very clean and comfortable.

The Serra Boutique Hotel is quite new. We were told by a staff member that the hotel was less than a year old and the bar had only been completed within the last 9 months. The staff was very welcoming and during our stay proved to be very knowledgeable about the hotel and very professional. One small thing that I really appreciated about the hotel was that my phone was immediately connected to WiFi when I walked in the hotel. I didn’t need to sign-in or anything. The terms beautiful and tasteful apply to the whole hotel. While the bar is somewhat flamboyant with its lime and fuchsia upholstered furniture. The restaurant has more of a Moorish feel with clay tiles creating a decorative pattern on the walls. The hotel rooms while of a minimalist decor do not detract at all from the comfort of the guests. There is everything you could possibly want in a hotel room from a work area to a separate area to put on makeup and do your hair. I was so fascinated by the decor of the hotel, that I kept taking photos to share with family and friends. Regarding food and drink, the bar has a somewhat limited but well curated list. How many bars can provide a glass of Jurançon wine? The breakfast buffet had any type of breakfast you could wish for; ham and cheese, scrambled eggs and bacon, cereal, pastries, etc. Dinner was also a buffet with both hot and cold choices.
