Good location a few minutes from A10. Nice room, good shower, tea, coffee etc in room. Great breakfast and nice to have a bar/restaurant at this price point. Excellent value for money. Definitely on my list of great stopovers.

A fantastic little hotel where the staff smile and are...

A fantastic little hotel where the staff smile and are accommodating, free parking available, is in a great location, amazing breakfast buffet, very clean rooms with comfortable beds, plenty of lighting and the bathroom has great water pressure and hot water plus the shower is a very good size. We would be happy to return to this hotel!

Perfect location, Great price. Rooms and public spaces perfectly clean & comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Great staff, very friendly & helpful. Plenty of facilities nearby for dining or shopping.

This was an overnight stop on our way back to the ferry port...

This was an overnight stop on our way back to the ferry port near Caen, so more of a functional one than a sightseeing one, though we did head to the château at Villandry after leaving, which was only about 25 minutes' drive via the scenic route through Savonnières. There was a choice of decent restaurants in easy walking distance for dinner and breakfast was fine. The room was very hot when we arrived and the aircon not working but the lad on the desk explained that it can either be set to cool or to heat for the whole building and the weather suddenly changing from cool to hot had left the 'wrong' option enabled. We were able to cool it down by opening the door and window but that did admit quite a lot of traffic noise.

Very tired looking which is sad because it is in a perfect location for shopping centres and being on a main road it was easy to find at night. So easy to get to a beautiful shopping centre just a few minutes away.

The area is fine The hotel is definitely not. Dirty.

The area is fine The hotel is definitely not. Dirty. Broken fittings. Bad smell. Toilet flush broken. Soap dispensers empty. The first room had a broken sink. We were told they were full. We asked for a refund and were then shown to another room which is the one we have reviewed. Not happy that Booking.com are associated with this property.

This was just a stopover, breaking a long drive, however Katy, the receptionist provided such excellent customer service, as you would expect in a 4* hotel! She greeted us with such a positive and friendly manner and dealt with a minor issue (tv) like it was THE most important thing! She was knowledgeable and accommodating with every question. If only all receptionists were like Katy!

Good location outside of the city center. Easy to access and easy to park. The hotel had a fast charging point for the electrict car and plenty of extra space to park. The breakfast and hotel room are basic but good. The hotel is connected to the other IBIS, so there is some extra faciltites because of that.

The hotel facilities are quite nice, including the restaurant, swimming pool and large outdoors area. The breakfast was quite pleasant and with a nice variety of options. It's well located near a large commercial centre and various restaurant alternatives.

We stayed one night there before heading to Spain. They have a 24/7 reception so a very late check-in at 2 am wasn’t a problem. The room was very clean and comfortable, staff is welcoming. Breakfast was good. I would prefer this hotel again.
