Beautiful, peaceful location with a wonderful view.

Beautiful, peaceful location with a wonderful view. Pleasant and helpful host. Spacious bedroom and bathroom and lovely terrace. Private parking is very helpful and instructions for entry to the parking and property were detailed and clear. The host has made an effort to provide lots of kitchen appliances but it makes it rather cluttered so fine for an overnight stay but could be awkward to cook in. We stayed on a Monday night and found although there was free parking in Soissons on a Monday, which was great, it was quite difficult to find a place to eat in the evening. Lovely to be able to walk 1km to boulangerie in the morning to buy croissants and bread. The church clock is lovely and, although the chime was beautiful, it thankfully does not chime overnight.
