Perfect adjacent rooms for our family to stay overnight on our way back to London. Clean, comfortable and great value! Easy to find, park, perfect location.

The room was very comfortable and the staff, overall, were very polite and helpful.

The breakfast staff are very friendly, the dining room kept very clean. The food there is healthy, a good variety and I love the orange press. The receptionists were also great. When I arrived I expected the room to be noisy, being above a mall, near a waterpark, and adjacent to the elevator but it was not, it was a very quiet room with good soundproofing. I could not have chosen a better place to stay with the family to visit France, Italy & Switzerland. A supermarket in the same building, and the Pizza place in the mall is a great place to have dinner btw.

Convenient location, nice bathroom and bed was comfy

The location is beautiful and the suite we received was a paradise. The staff was very friendly and everything was extremely clean. The restaurant offers excellent dinners, a bit expensive but acceptable.

The room was pretty comfortable and clean, the cartoons on the walls gave room a delightful atmosphere. Staff was very kind and helpful. Geneva is an expensive city, so it was not very cheap but cheaper than many places. The location is a bit far from the downtown but the public transportation is very developed and there is a bus/tram stop in front of the hotel, so transportation was very practical. The bench in front of the window of the room was very nice to sit while enjoying the sight. Totally recommended. Besides Carouge is a nice household to stay, many cafes and restaurants were nearby which were open until 11 pm or 12 am, which is not common for Geneva.

Loved the public transportation right in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. Beautiful terrace with a play area for the kids. Kid friendly. Overall a great experience for an exceptional price!

The beauty of the area. The attention to detail of the staff. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful with insights to places of interest nearby and restaurant recommendations as the restaurant on the property was booked both nights we were interested in dinning there. Totally our fault as we were unaware of the reputation of the restaurant.
