The place is incredible. From the hotel we are bready to ski and the Village club "all inclusive" formula worthes it. The bread is amazing. The restaurant was pretty good with an impressive diversity of the food.

The hotel was in a central location near stores, but also close to hiking trails. The owner was super helpful in providing information about what to do in town. The room was modern, comfortable, and airy with a comfy bed and lots of windows.

The staff at this hotel genuinely gave the best service. It was their enthusiasm, their care and friendliness. I did not have any problem here.

Perfect location in the heart of Bagnère de Luchon! Comfortable room with a staff that provides great, personalized service. Convenient and secure parking under the building with direct access to elevator. Restaurant on premises, but we ate out. Truly enjoyed coming back to the comfy room and King-size bed with quality linens!

It's a family-owned, extremely friendly, extremely sweet, cozy hotel. It might not boast keeping up to all the novelties but that allows it to keep its charm and historic atmosphere. Rooms are not huge but quite enough to have a good rest after an active day outside. Location is unbeatable - about 5min from the telecabina and 2min from the main street with all its restaurants, shops and alike. Treatment from the hotel owners is very hearty, open and trustful.
